ABOUT HONEYCOMB PASTRIES
The name Honeycomb Pastries came from the thought of cutting into a fresh croissant. When you look at all the layers you see little air pockets that we in the pastry world like to call the honeycomb of the pastry. I loved the idea of connecting a simple pastry term and something sweet to create Honeycomb Pastries. Some items you will find that sugar has been replaced with honey for something a little more magical. I'm hoping Honeycomb Pastries will grow to become a staple in Flagstaff, Arizona, and that you will be able to stop by a physical location to pick up treats and say hello!
