ABOUT HONEYCOMB PASTRIES
The name Honeycomb Pastries came from the thought of cutting into a fresh croissant. When you look at all the layers you see little air pockets that we in the pastry world like to call the honeycomb of the pastry. I loved the idea of connecting a simple pastry term and something sweet to create Honeycomb Pastries. I have now shifted into my home cottage kitchen (Registration Number CF-115570) and am focusing more on custom cakes and orders :)
