ABOUT HONEYCOMB PASTRIES
The name Honeycomb Pastries came from the thought of cutting into a fresh croissant. When you look at all the layers you see little air pockets that we in the pastry world like to call the honeycomb of the pastry. I loved the idea of connecting a simple pastry term and something sweet to create Honeycomb Pastries. Though the direction of Honeycomb Pastries has shifted more into custom cakes, you can still find delicious pastries at Mix Flagstaff :)
